My beliefs:

  • I believe that the Torah and our relationship with HaShem helps one find the answers to life’s most difficult questions.
  • I believe in the unique dignity of every individual.
  • I honor the courage it takes to address change head-on.
  • I know that growth is possible because I have seen it again and again.
  • I understand that mistakes aren’t failures, rather a part of the process.
  • I recognize that the past informs who we are, but doesn’t have to limit how far we can go.

How I can help you

I can help people achieve their goals

As a certified professional coach, my passion is to help you develop and achieve your visions for success in relationships, career satisfaction, spirituality, and other pursuits.

With over 20 years of experience as a teacher, mentor, public speaker, wife, mother, and coach, I understand how to analyze complex issues and craft creative, targeted approaches for success.

I am married for 25 years and have been blessed with five children. I’ve been through many of the ups and downs of marriage and child-raising, which has given me valuable life experiences and molded me as a person.

As a teacher, I valued my relationships with my students and took great pride as they accomplished goals and exceeded their expectations as they navigated through life. My passion for helping others stems from a personal journey making me uniquely qualified, along with my academic training, to positively impact the lives of others.

I pursued certification in coaching after some of my own life challenges helped me see the value of coaching, and its ability to transform your life. You no longer have to feel stuck in what’s going on around you, you can take control of your life and grow through it. Coaching can help you get there. Through my experiences, I learned that challenges in life are not what breaks us, rather they propel us forward and can make us become stronger, more compassionate, deeper, and more intentional about living with serenity and peace.

Post-traumatic growth can and will happen with support and a desire to grow through our challenges. Adversity has the power to make us more empathetic and less judgmental of others.

Through active listening, transcending adversity, goal setting, and practical action steps, I focus on helping clients on their journey forward with resilience, improved communication skills, positivity, and gratitude.

It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and to make your happiness a priority.

It’s necessary.
